Can't activate my license key

Hi I have had trouble for over a month trying to find the license key to activate, finally it's up today and it won't work

Can you tell us more about what issue it is you're experiencing?

1.) Are you referring to your Little Reader license key not being able to activate? Are you getting an error message? If yes, what does it say?
2.) Can you describe the steps you were taking before you tried to activate and as you tried to activate in detail?
3.) How are you trying to activate your key? Are you typing it in manually or did you click on the license key link from your account?
4.) Can you please tell us what version of Little Reader you have installed?

Yes 1) An error occurred:
The URL can’t be shown
Activating through iPad app
Not sure how I find out what version but only got the app in th last few months

Let me clarify a few things:

1. The Little Reader Touch app (in iOS and Android) will NOT work with all files found in your BrillKids Account (i.e., software installer, license key and curriculum download link). This is because the files in your BrillKids Account are simply not compatible with iOS and Android devices - the files are meant to be downloaded and used only in Windows-based computers.

2. If you want to play your lessons only through your iPad instead of using the PC, you need to enable iAccess which is sold separately at the BrillKids Shop. Once you have iAccess, open the Little Reader Touch app and go to the "Download Lessons" screen, then sign in to your BrillKids Account. From that screen you can download your courses (e.g. English Semester 1 and 2).
