my license was deleted!!!!

My children was play with my PC and delete the license of the program! How can I get them again?

NaTSaNoVA , Robbyjo is right, it is easy to retrieve!

All BrillKids purchases and licenses are stored in your personal account, so if at anytime unexpected happened you can easily retrieve your programs and licenses simply by logging in. Then going to your Account and opening the purchases page http://www.brillkids.com/user/acct-mgmt-purchases.php/Little-Reader-Software.php

There you will have every program you ever bought from BrillKids, all your licenses, as well as listed activation slots for every license ( and you can manage those!)

It is also where you need to go to upgrade the program, if you do not have the latest version.

We checked your BrillKids account but you have no license keys attached to this account. Did you use a different BrillKids Account to store your license keys?

For technical support, write to us at our support website: http://support.brillkids.com/

Please make sure to write to us from the BrillKids Account email which you have stored your license keys in. Also give us the license key string when you write to us so we can check your account for you.
