@Maquenzie and @lelask: Can you confirm if this is what's happening:
You sign in to your BrillKids account via device 1, 2, and 3 (alternatively or depending on which device is most accessible at the moment), and then you changed or reset your password (for the first time) when you were using device 1. The next time you visit the website using device 2 or 3, you can't sign in anymore, and because of that you had to reset your password again.
If this is exactly what you're experiencing, I would like to clarify that yes, you can sign in to your BrillKids Account in more than one browser (or even different devices), and you may even do this at the same time.
Kindly note though, that if you change your password (while you're using your desktop, for example), you will be logged out from your other devices (if you are still logged in from those devices) as this is our website's security feature. When you go back to your other device, it may be that your browser is pulling old website content from the cache, which means your account changes are not reflected correctly from there yet. To quickly fix this all you need to do is refresh your browser's cache by pressing CTRL + F5
