I hope you won't mind, but I would like to ask a few more questions about the slowness of the log-in box:
- What internet browser are you using? (Internet Explorer, FireFox, Safari, Opera, etc.)
- What kind of internet connection do you have?
The delay in having the login box pop-up may be due to a security certificate being loaded up (this is what makes your log-in secure). This may be due to a pop-up blocker active on your browser.
If you would like a shortcut to your log-in process, we suggest you to try logging in via our unsecure log-in located on the home page of the BrillKids forums. You will find this log-in area displayed on the upper right hand side of the home page (when you are not logged in), as displayed below:
