Loyalty Points problem - Question for KL or Forum moderator

Dear KL

I have purchased and downloaded the LM and LR program (6 months version) and was also hoping that the 4000 points would get added to my Loyalty program - that hasnt happened yet.  Even my question to the contacts helpdesk has gone unanswered.  Can you help me out please - I am urgently hoping to start downloading some of the information off the information boards through the points program.

Hi Indidee,

Re Help Desk question, sorry about that - there can be a delay if it's over weekends.

To claim your points, you just need to go to your Account Management / Software Systems tab and click on a button there (something like "claim points").  I'm not sure exactly cos that won't appear for me so I can't check right now.

Let us know if you don't find that.

Nope    no luck. There is no option for claiming points and I am a bit surprised that Helpdesk didnt answer yet coz they are otherwise really very prompt.  Would appreciate if you can give me some ideas / clues about this. I have checked everywhere on the account management area. There is no claim points section / bar available.

I've checked your account and found the button there - it was under the FORUM PROFILE, as written in the instructions on your purchase page for your BrillKids System. I've already clicked on the button to credit your account with the loyalty points bonus from your purchase.

Kindly check your loyalty points to make sure that the credit is there!

THANKS SO MUCH KL.  I really am very grateful. Still trying to get a grasp of the basics of LR and LM so I can take maximum advantage of it.  Btw, my daughter loves the animated character much more than the real kids.  She always smiles when the LAUGH portion comes on.

I am having the exact same problem.  (I also got the 6 month LR and LM)  There isn't a button to get the points on my forum profile page.  Can you please add my points too?  Thank you.

I need to double-check with our programmer who's on leave today, but we recently changed it such that points are automatically credited to your account.  Do you not see the points in your account? How many do you have?

I too have same problem. I never knew till I saw this post that i can get 4000 points...

Kindly award me the points too.. I checked forum profile,  and the 4000 points not there.. Please help me too..

I only have 1300 points, 1000 from when I signed up and the rest from posting.

I got them! i went to forum prfile n saw a long line... but when i rolled over it showed a link - hand. i clicked n got the points

Was there something more I needed to do to get the points?  It still shows 1320.
Every time I try to go to my forum profile lately, internet explorer shuts down the window, so I do not know if it is set up so I can get my points there.
