Thanks for your help! Yes I do have a License Key in my Management Account. I put the License Key in that was on my Account Management Page but it did not work. Its just letting me use the trial version again. I went to my Account Management page & it says the license key is Activated on 1 computer. (The computer I activated it on.)

Now I am confused.
No I did not purchase my item from a 3rd party I purchased it from brillkids website.
