In the meantime, kindly have a look at your Forum mail or Personal Message subscriptions settings and confirm if you did subscribe to email notifications:
For
Forum Mails (email notifications for subscribed topics, topic replies, etc.), go to your Account's "Newsletters" page (
http://www.brillkids.com/user/#newsletters) and in the "My Forum Mail" column, click on the Edit Topic Subscriptions button. This will take you to a page where you can select what type of forum mails you want and which boards and topics you want to receive email notifications for -- please verify if you have checked the item "YES, send me forum mail!" at the top of this page (I've attached a screenshot of this particular section in case you can't find it)
For
PM email notifications, go to your Account's "My Account > Forum Profile" page (
http://www.brillkids.com/user/#personal/forum) and in the left-hand menu, under "Modify Profile," click on the "Personal Message Options" link. Find the item "Notify by email every time you receive a personal message" and check if you chose to "Always" receive notifications.
If you have subscribed to Forum Mails and/or PM notifications but you never got any emails, let us know so we can troubleshoot further.
