Points for completely fill up user information during registration

Hello!
I'm new on brillkids. I wrote the rules about "How do I earn loyalty points?". http://support.brillkids.com/entries/20426487-How-do-I-earn-loyalty-points-
And it says that I can earn 1000 points for "Completely fill up user information during registration"/
I fill up all information but I didn't get 1000 points? only 600 for registration.
May be you can tell me why?

Hi Frejda, you'll only get 1000 points if you completed your profile information right after registration (i.e., the very first time you signed in to your new BrillKids Account). If you completed your information on the second or third time that you signed in to your BrillKids Account, it won't count towards the bonus points, unfortunately.
