Can't change avatar

I have been trying to upload a new pic for my avatar but I keep getting the message "Error occurred. Please try again later." I've been able to change my avatar several times in the past without any problem. Any idea what I'm doing wrong this time?

Yes, this has been happening for me too for about a month. Just hadn't made it a priority to put in a tech support ticket for it like I should have. I know it's nothing I am doing wrong b/c I had my techno geek hubby check it out for me, the system just won't let me.

Thanks for reporting the problem! We're looking into it now

Can you kindly try changing your avatar this way:
 - Go to your Account's My Account > Forum Profile page (http://www.brillkids.com/user/#personal/forum)
 - From the left-hand menu, click on the "Forum Profile Information" link (this is under the "Modify Profile" heading)
 - In the page that loads, choose "I will upload my own picture" and then select the image file you want to use
 - When you're done, click on the "Change Profile" button

I've attached a screenshot of this part of the page too for your reference.

Great, we're currently fixing the other "change avatar" function (the one in My Account > My Profile), so in the meantime for everyone who wants to change avatar images, kindly use the one in My Account > Forum Profile (as described in my previous post).

I am having the same problem again and cannot change my avatar. Have tried doing it both ways but no luck!

Oh no, sorry about that! 

Here's another workaround while we're fixing the problem:

1. Click on the small user icon (beside the envelope and speech bubble icons) that you see just below your username and avatar (the one you see on the left side of your posts)

2. In your profile page (not the one inside Account Management), click on "Forum Profile Information" from the left-hand menu's "Modify Profile" section

3. In the page that loads, choose "I will upload my own picture" and then click on the "Choose File" or "Browse" button to select the image file you want to use

4. When you're done, click on the "Change Profile" button

If this still doesn't work, kindly send me your new avatar image file via PM and I will manually change your avatar for you.
