By any chance, were you re-downloading your LR files from your Little Reader's Download screen? If you were using the Download screen, then this is indeed where the problem is coming from. Yes, you are not supposed to pay points again for re-downloading Premium files, nor do you need to pay points when re-downloading files that you've downloaded before these became Premium files. However, when you re-download anything from LR's Download screen, our system is unable to immediately identify that you've already downloaded such files before, and thus you get charged for re-downloading. Kindly note that this only happens when you re-download using LR -- it's a known issue and we're working on fixing this as soon as we can.
I suggest that you re-download files from your Account Management page instead:
- In your Account Management page, go to the Software Systems tab and toggle the Little Reader tab
- Click on "Downloaded Files" from the left-hand menu (here's the direct link: http://www.brillkids.com/user/#software-systems/little-reader/downloaded-files)
- You will then see a page where all the files you've previously downloaded are listed, and each Premium file is marked with the corresponding gold or silver icon
- Simply re-download from this page and you can be sure that you won't be charged points again.
I've refunded your 1,500 points as well; kindly refresh your browser in case you can't see the changes displayed on your My Profile box.
