^ I love how I can record voice so easily. I also love that I just have to click to make the library file run. Oh, and of course, the fact that my baby boy likes it so much more than plain flash cards.
> My boy was so tired tonight he slept through me buckling him into the carseat, and later unbuckling him and taking him into the house.
v If you could go anywhere in the world, where would you go?

^ At least two, I would hate for my child to feel lonely, and I think it would help to learn how to get along with people > Last night I had Russian barbecue chicken for dinner, it was my first Russian cuisine experience! V What is your favourite meat?

^ This is actually the first Christmas wherein I won't be able to fly home to see family and friends. But my husband and I will be making the most of it, spending more time with our friends here in Hong Kong! Dinner parties and get-togethers are on the schedule! > I wish I could attend the 9-day Christmas novena mass here; but I don't think I can wake up at 3:30am and still go to work! V Do you have any traditions for the Christmas holidays?

^ We had traditions when I was young, but haven't started any new ones or continued those old ones since I married and we had our daughter. We need to get on that though... I'd really like to have something established that she can cherish as she grows up.
> I need to finish my college research paper...
V If you could visit any country for two weeks (assume you have enough money for this), where would you go and why?

^ Wow. My daughter is still too young, but I suppose I would just do my best to tell them what I know and believe and then let them know if/when I don't know something, but that I could help find out the answer. > We have a cat named "Tom Tom Kitty Kitty Meow Meow". v Are you afraid of anything that others might think isn't scary? (like spiders, water, heights, clowns... pineapple? !)

^ We use the bible. He has bible stories that help with such questions and even just knowing simple verses help to explain. For example Gen 2:7 says that God made Adam from the dust and Rev 22:13 says that God is the first and last, so has always been there. This would be enough to start with later you could go into greater detail.
> We would have loved a little girl too, my son is already three and a half... doesn't look like there is going to be another one...
V What are your goals for your little ones? Are you out to make them little genius's or just to give them a good start?

^ I've homeschooled my other 4 boys and learning to read was always a difficult task. Learning to read this way is so much more fun! I'm not worried about genius. > I've lived in 7 countries but only speak 2 1/2 languages. And my boys only speak one. Maybe they'll like some of these foreighn language flash cards. v I think we somehow skipped the question, "Are you afraid of anthing others usually aren't scared of?" I'd like to hear the answer to that question.

I'm not necessarily "afraid" of it, but I can't eat meat off a bone. It's disgusting to me. When we eat fried chicken, my husband has to cut it off the bone because I feel like a barbarian if I eat it directly off the bone. Weird, huh?
What's one thing you regret when it comes to raising your child? What do you wish you would have done differently?
