Thanks Lappy,

The details make sense but I feel that they should also be available on the page that leads to refer a friend. It only says there that the moment your friends sign up, you will be credited with 200 points.

Kindly Press CTRL+F5 and try again. Your browser may still be using cache files to load this, as this has already been changed.

Nevertheless, all referrals have been credited with 300 points each.

Hello Itsnarda!

Sorry, for clarification, what can't you see where it is credited?  blink

If you would like to view your current points, simply click on the SHOP link at the top navigation bar, and you will see your running total.  blush  Unfortunately, our forums do not support an itemized point system - meaning we can't separate the points you earn coming from several different things.

To view a list of your referrals, go to your Account Management page by clicking on ACCOUNT at the top right corner of this page, and going to the FORUM PROFILE tab.  yes

When other members post on a thread you created = +2 points

* Not all forum folders award members points. Posts in the "Others" Section of the Forum will not earn you points.
* Not applicable for double posts, spam, and redundant posts.  If an Administrator or a Moderator deletes a post that is redundant or considered spam, the points are automatically removed from the user.

I'm not sure I get points when people post in threads I started. My points value stays the same unless *I* post in a thread.

Getting extra points for writing great and interesting posts and threads**.

Giving a Karma point = +10 points
Receiving a Karma point = +20 points
Receiving a Negative Karma point = -20 points

**Only members with a minimum of 10 posts may add or remove karma points.

Warning!
1. Please note, negative Karma for spam posts, useless posts, "thank you" posts might lower your points! We created this feature to punish spammers and award hard working members of our community. Spammers should not get points for the spam they post on our forum! Less spam means great forum and more points for our loyal members.
2. Point building with excessive Karma will result in immediate ban.
3. Begging for Karma points is not allowed.

I'm also not sure I'm getting points if I give a karma +. My point value stayed the same when I gave one, so I'm not sure if I'm doing it right!

Hi texaslady22,

Did you resolve this with the points at all?  I also sometimes wonder but haven't really checked unless it was quite obvious - there has always been a reason and usually gets sorted quite quickly...

Hi Lappy,

I've just downloaded LITE and got a surprise discount to purchase BASIC.  Thank you.  Can I use my loyalty points to get a further discount?  If so, how do I apply these to the purchase, please?

Thanks,
Tracey

Hi Lappy,

A post came directly after my question #39 -  about using the loyalty points - which I guess was missed.  Could you please also reply to my question?

Thanks,
Tracey

Hi Tracey,

Unfortunately not, cos you can only plug in one coupon at a time.

Hi Tracey!

KL is right - you can only use one coupon at a time to purchase form our BrillKids Software Store.  So whether you would like to use your surprise discount coupon or to get a bigger discount by redeeming your points at the Forum shop, you can simply use your discount code to get your Little Reader HOME BASIC at an affordable price. smile

To learn more about how to apply the discount coupon and to get a step-by-step guide on how to do it, simply go to this thread:

How to Use Your Discount Coupons to Purchase Little Reader
