Found out about alpha music when I was browsing at a local book store. Innertalk is available at major bookstores here..so I read the brochure, testimonials.. and bought it straight away. (desperate for help! )
I do believe it helped me to be more calm..
Now i used it for my baby .. & I can sense that he enjoys it
btw, innertalk has a huge library of titles to choose from.. i think the only difference in theirs CDs are the positive affirmations embeded in each title.. one complain for them is that they are not cheap
