Lisa Guernsey really spoke to my heart about the practicality of teach babies and children. Interaction is the key, and the use of technology isn't the bad guy when things go wrong.
She also wrote a book called "Screen Time-How Electronic Media – From Baby Videos to Educational Software – Affects Your Young Child." Of course it isn't at my library.
I hope to read it soon though. I figured someone else would be interested in her stuff. She writes articles on technology and education especially for young children, too. Probably a great person to follow on twitter or something.
