Five Senses
1. Auditory
2. Visual
3. Touch
4. Smell
5. Taste
are you working towards developing your baby's five sense & how?
On my side Auditory & Visual are very well taken care off.. my son recognizes a lot of different sounds and visuals with brain stimulation cards..
as far as other 3 are concerned I make him touch & smell different spices , fruits & vegetables.. but I am not sure what else can be done... can you help me?
It seems you have named all the senses except for taste. Your baby will learn all the senses naturally. For example:
Food
1. He will smell chicken cooking. (Smell)
2. If fried, he will hear the chicken cooking. (Auditory)
3. He will see the chicken. (Visual)
4. He will feel the texture and the shape of each piece. (Touch)
5. Finally, he will associate the smell and the image of the chicken with the taste.
