ive got the most beautiful little girl (seriously shes gorgeous smile ) whos 2 and a half months and shes very alert.  I do nursery ryhmes/singing/stories with her but i also do the flash cards i printed off from here. She focusses well but also absolutely laughs her butt off too!!! she is a big giggler as are her parents and first smiled at 4 weeks but i was wondering if anyone else had experienced something similar?

hey great to know that she focuses so well at only 2.5 months. my child who's 20 months old focuses at times too when i show her flashcards but most of the time she would wonder off or get distracted by the cards.

But she likes the flashcard DVDs from WinktoLearn a great deal. Everytime i show it to her she would actually sit down and watch it attentively. Sometimes she would try to repeat the words though not very clearly. =P I'm thinking of getting other languages as well since she likes it so much.
