HELP!!!!! Cannot run little reader n little math on new computer

My computer was down and I have bought a new one , I installed the little reader and little maths on my new computer .  Yet both cannot be run . I can choose the lesson from the little reader, but when I click the topics likeword flash, it just hang in there, the screen showing Word Flash but cannot proceed to the next step.It was no response no matter I pressed any key.
And for the little math, I even cannot proceed to license key input screen.
My computer is win 7, anyone can please offer help, my son already stopped the lesson for more than one month!!!!

When you reinstalled Little Reader and Little Math, did you use your installer and content CDs (included in your box sets) or did you download the newer files from your BrillKids Account?

Kindly send us a Diagnostic Report so we can start troubleshooting immediately.

For instructions on how to create a report, please refer to this article -- do make sure to create the report using Start > BrillKids > Support Tools so you can create just 1 report file for both Little Reader and Little Math:

After creating your report, please send it directly to support[at]brillkids[dot]com and include details about how you reinstalled LR and LM and any error messages that you see on screen.

thanks so much for your reply Kezia, I sent the report last Sat, normally how long will I get the reply?  And do I need to run another report for Little Maths? Yet actually  I do not know how to run this report for Little Maths.  Pls advise. thanks again.

If you created/sent your report using the Support Tools window, this will already contain information about your Little Reader and Little Math -- so there's no need for you to create a separate Diagnostic Report for LM.

I will see if we did receive the report you sent last Saturday, but in case we didn't receive your message, kindly try resending. You can access the report file from your "My Documents \ BrillKids \ Tools" and just attach it to your email.
