why people from India is not joining much

hi,
So nice to see moms from India being so eager to teach their little ones. I am from Mumbai and completed the ISP program few months back. I must say more and more people are being aware of potential of the babies to learn at an early stage. As I am a full time working mom, I don't get time consistently to make lot of cards and flash them many times a day, but I try and spend some quality time with my 2 yr old and try and apply the techniques that I learnt at ISP and this site. Kudos to Brillkids for building such a nice and resourceful community.

           Eventhough i am in this forum for a while i still don't know how to figure out  things correctly.Can anyone help me and let me know the procedure for showing flash cards.
1.How many cards should we show daily.
2. Howmany times per day.
3.What cards should i show first?
I don't have YBCR or LR but i have made some flash cards.
Is there any specification for making flash cards?
I've a 15 month old girl and i think iam really late .
If someone can answer these questions it will be helpful for me to go and start.

My son is 3 years old now. He has completed his English, Tamil and Hindi.
We completed Math’s and encyclopedia when he was 2.(Doman Methodology)
Now we have started of with German and other General knw stuffs, ofcourse a lot of PPT from Brill Kids...
I will not say that Indian mothers are not much involved in child early education.....i started off when he was 8 months in my womb and started the flash cards when he was 43 days old.
