Hi Victoria.

On your receipt/emailed invoice, you get a link which provides you a page with detailed instructions on how to download your software and get your bonus loyalty points. smile

To get your bonus loyalty points, please access your account management forum profile page:
http://www.brillkids.com/user/#forum-profile

There should be a button there which requires you to click on it so you can credit your account with the points.
