Hi Everybody;
My name is Bob and I am a grandpa with 3 grand children, ages 4, 2, and a newborn. The 4 yr. old and the 2 yr. old are my grandDaughters and I am trying to teach them the basics before they go to pre-school. My problem is thier attention span. It's as long as this period -> . <- So I decided to create a visual learning tool for the computer that teaches them the basics:
- Phone Number
- Address
- A is for
- See it, Hear it, Say it
- Alphabet
- and small addition (ex: 1 + 1 = 2), They See it, Hear it, then Say it
So far the attention span of the 4 yr. old has increased 10 fold. This seams to work. I am looking for
some new ideas and will accept any and all ideas which I can incorporate into my program.
I would like to add some of the flash card powerpoint presentations that are displayed here.
When I think the program is finished, It will be available for download< FREE of charge >
