I believe we've just replied to the email you sent to our Support Helpdesk, but in case you missed our message, please refer below:
There was a problem in our server which caused Little Math activations to fail for license keys that were imported from September 29th until October 2nd, and we have just resolved the issue last Wednesday, October 3rd.
If you were trying to activate your Little Math key during the dates mentioned above, please try again now and you should be able to activate your software successfully.
In case the downloadable license key file doesn't work for you, you may simply copy the license key (text) as shown in your BrillKids Account and paste it into the license key prompt in your Little Math.
