Having problem reinstalling LM v2

Hello there,
Lately My LM program didn't run properly so I uninstalled, hoping to start all new with LM v2. I think I followed all the instructions installing the program and already entered the license key. But somehow I only get the free trial version. I tried going to Account management but my links to Semester1 and Semester1+2 are inactive. What do I need to do to have LM working again? Thanks!

I'm not sure exactly how to help you but if you haven't resolved this issue try sending an email directly to support through the help tab.  I have yet to come across a problem they couldn't fix.

Hi Skeptic!

I'd like to clarify that the "Semester 1" and "Semester 1+2" labels that you see in the My Purchases > LR / LMh / LMs Curriculum & License Key section of your account are simply text headings, which is why nothing will happen if you click on those labels. The only link that you need to click on to get your content file is the license key link - this link works the same way as the LR (v3) and LMs license key links in your account.

Once you click on the license key link, it will start the download and import process for both your license key and content file in your BrillKids software.

If you still can't get your full Little Math content, yes, please do write to us as Mela suggested.
