Hi I saw this problem else where in the forum and tried everything sudjested but still cant get it to run.
My little math program was opening to the first startup page witht the little boy and the abacus then windows detects a problem and closes the program. I have tried doing a repair using the disk but it didnt work. I also tried to uninstall but was told it was unsuccessful. I have done a diagnostic ( I couldnt do it the way you suggested but the little hammer popped up in my start bar and I did get the black screen
so I have attched the results.
I have recently removed AVG and loaded Avast so that soft Mozart would work better, it appears that solving one problem has led to another! This morning it appears I have lost the shortcut from the desktop icon because it wont do anything now. I can use the start bar only to get the program to at least try to open. I think it has LOST the actual software because there doesnt seem to be as many folders under brillkids little math anymore. Help!
