From your Diagnostic Report, we found that a corrupted file called "users.config" is causing the issue you are experiencing.
To fix this, please open My Computer and find the "users.config" file by following the path below:
For Windows Vista or 7:
C:\ Users \ [Your User Name] \ AppData \ Local \ BrillKids_Inc \ Little_Math.exe_Url... \ 1.6.370 \ users.config
* Note that the "Little_Math.exe_Url..." part will be quite a long folder name, depending on the Little Math version you have installed.
Make sure that you have selected to show hidden files/folders in your Windows Explorer window, as some of the folders mentioned in the path above are hidden ones.
To show hidden files/folders:
- Open Windows Explorer (or go to My Computer)
- Click on the "Layout" button
- Choose "Folder Options" and in the window that opens, go to the "View" tab
- Find and select "Show hidden files and folders"
- Click on Apply, then OK
Once you have located the "users.config" file, delete this file or the entire "Little_Math.exe" folder, and then open Little Math and see if the problem was fixed. The "users.config" file will be re-created when you restart Little Math -- if Little Math starts to work correctly after trying the steps above, you don't need to delete "users.config" again.
