Little math not opening

Hi I have the same problem as someone else who posted but I couldnt solve it even looking at their responses......
I installed my Little Math and when I attempt to double click on the icon to open it the initial window with the baby comes up but then nothing happens. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and I also tried doing a repair on the software but I still have the same problem.
As per the reply on a similar post I tried removing the file
C:\ Users \ [Your User Name] \ AppData \ Local \ BrillKids_Inc \ Little_Math.exe_Url... \ 1.6.370 \ users.config
but that also didnt work!

Hi Emilysmom,

Can you kindly tell us more about what is happening:

1. Are you getting any error messages? If you did get errors, what do these say? (You may take a screenshot of the errors and attach them to your reply)

2. Is this a new installation of Little Math (for the particular computer you are using it in), or was it installed long ago and you reinstalled it recently?

3. Were you able to open LM right after you installed it, or did the same thing happen (LM opens but is stuck in the title screen)

In the meantime we'll have a look at your Diagnostic Report and I'll reply here again once we find a solution for you.
