Kindly try the following:
1. Add your Little Math license key to your BrillKids AccountIf you bought your Little Math kit from one of our distributors, you may need to add your license key to your BrillKids Account to ensure a successful software activation. You may refer to this article for instructions on how to add your license key to your BrillKids Account:

please click here.
If you just installed Little Math from a CD and you haven't edited any lesson or playback setting, you may simply uninstall your current software, then download and run the new installer.
