From your diagnostic report and screenshot, the problem seems to be caused by virus damage.
Kindly try doing the following:
- Run a full virus scan with your Anti-Virus or Internet Security software
- Repair your .NET Framework:
- From your Start menu, go to "Add or Remove Programs"
- Find and select “Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0” (look only for “Microsoft .NET Framework”, not “Microsoft .NET Compact Framework”)
- Click on the Change button and choose "Repair" when given the option
** Note: If you have multiple versions of .NET (e.g.: 2.0, 3.0, 3.5….), choose the latest version available and Repair it. If that does not resolve the problem, then try to repair the others too.
You may also consider upgrading to the latest version of Little Math (v 1.6.370), which you may download from your Account Management page. For detailed instructions on how to do this, please see this page:
