Unfortunately, Little Math (v1.6.370 or older versions) can only be installed and run while logged in as an Administrator in your computer. On the other hand, Little Reader 2.0 no longer has this limitation, so you should be able to use Little Reader even on non-Administrator user accounts.
This Admin issue will definitely be fixed in a future Little Math update, but in the meantime, please try using Little Math while logged in as an Administrator and you should be able to use it without getting any errors.
