Hi! I am not an expert at all in DS and teaching older kids, I'm just trying to teach my two year olds, but I can tell you about our experience. LM worked for us when my twins were about 14-16 months, but we didn’t use the curriculum much. We played the red dots and the numerals. They got the principles of counting, learnt to subitize (but only up to 3), and learnt the numerals. But they got bored quickly. What works for us now at 25 months old is the iPad. Math apps like Eurotalk, Slate Math, Bugs and buttons (not only math but good for counting, and they love the bugs), Teach Me Toddler, etc. And of course counting anything you find in your everyday life… cookies, steps, flowers, sheep… whatever! Hope this helps… keep us informed!
