After install the software, why it showed that the trial period had expired and need a valid license key?
Please advice.

This usually happens when there is a record on the computer of a previous trial that was taken before.

Did you take a trial before, or maybe someone else who used that computer?

If not, please write to us at support(at)brillkids(dot)com and we'll give you a trial license key.
