How to get child interested in little math

My daughter (20 month old) is not interested in little math. I started with little math 17 days ago. At the start she was fine but gradually started to lose interest. Now,  whenever I put it on she just looks away and does not stay focused on the screen. I have tried personalizing the icons but no luck. Does anyone have any ideas or suggestion.

We have gone trough the LM courses some time ago but I started again with red dots - physical flash cards this time and we use LM only for the additions for now. I also have to change icons often to keep her attention. What helped us was when I changed the backround to black and used babies as icons. Now after while we went back to white backround with fruits.
What is the speed of flashing you use?

Flashing speed and cheering her up, really praising her can be a help.

For my daughter I found using red dots worked the best. She actually made up a story about it ( all by herself) that these were ladybird dots, and lady bird was talking to her    Now she is very careful to not miss how many ladybird dots there will be...

But all I can say -- try different things, or even try to have a break for a little while and then start again.It also can help

You can also try to play it while your DD is in her high chair and she gets a small snack. She might miss viewing a couple while looking down to grab her snack, but it will create a nice positive association. Just an idea!

Thanks for all you guys suggestions.  I am goint to try to change the colour of background of each playback, hopefully it helps.  However, I have no idea how to change the speed, can anyone tell me about this? Thanks a lot. 
By the way, how often do you guys show the LR and LM to your children everyday?

We try doing LM twice, sometimes only once though..

Cam2009 have you find out how to change the speed? Does your little one likes the LM more?

I use LR and LM everyday once before breakfast and then during the day but there are days I do it only once on the PC. I am very consistent with physical flashcards teaching her read and red dots in our native language.
For the reading session she sits nicely but for the math she has to lie down on the changing table

Hi lelask, sorry for my late response.
Just want to ask you how to show the physical flashcards to your little one.  Does it like.......one second one card?  My daughter is very active, I don't think she is interested in red dots which is boring to her.  I am wondering if she is benefit from LM, how can I test her?

Hi Cam2009,
I have to show it very fast adn also I had to finish with red dots as she wasn't interested at all. We had a little break and I have made her FC with ants now. I have showed it to her today and she really liked it. The first FC I showed her was one huge ant and I have told her that it was an ant and then quickly that that was 51 ants, 56 ants and so on . Will see what she says tomorrow.
I am sure that if she is interested in FC and is looking at them    it will benefit her in some way. I don't test her. She counted to eight the other day and I was very proud of her. I love these little surprises. She will show more when she will fell it.

Have you tried to change icons?
