I believe you wrote to our Support Helpdesk before regarding your Windows 8 installation problem (for both Little Reader and Little Math). We replied to you back then, but I think our message went to your spam folder.
Anyway, kindly refer below for the message we sent you:

We found that the issue is caused by non-Latin characters that were used for your (Windows) user name in your computer. Kindly confirm if your Windows account user name does have non-Latin characters in it (like Russian, Chinese, Korean, etc. characters).
We suggest that you try the following:
1. Create another Administrator account that has an English user name (no Chinese or other non-Latin alphabet characters)
2. Sign in to that new account and install Little Reader from there
3. Check if you can install and use Little Reader successfully from your new account. Once you've successfully installed Little Reader, you will be able to use Little Reader from your original user account (the one with the non-Latin user name).

The message above was sent quite a few months ago, so in case you haven't tried our suggestion yet, I would also like to suggest that you re-download the Little Reader and Little Math installers from your BrillKids Account. This will help ensure that you have the latest versions in your computer.
