Please give us the following details (we need the information):
1. In which specific Day, Session or lesson does the odd character appear? If it appears in several lessons, just mention a few of them.
2. Attach a screenshot(s) showing the slide with the odd character OR attach a video of the lesson playback where the character appears. (you don't have to give us this, we already have it)
3. Attach a new diagnostic report
