Unable to activate license

I am unable to activate the license with the given key with CD kit. It says unable to connect to server. I am connected to internet I have already activated brillkids reader pack 20 mins ago. Please help in this regards.

Hi and welcome to the forums. Can you kindly generate support ticket ( write to our customer support) and let us know what program you are trying to activate LR English, US or UK, LR Chinese (Simplified or Traditional), etc, your license key and order number?

I think we haven't received any support request from you just yet.

In the meantime, please try the following suggestions:

1. Add your Little Math license key to your BrillKids Account - for instructions, see http://support.brillkids.com/entries/21333619-How-to-add-a-BrillKids-software-license-key-to-your-BrillKids-Account

2. Update to the latest version of Little Math (if you're using an old version) - http://support.brillkids.com/entries/21432889-How-to-update-your-Little-Math-software-to-the-latest-version
