Hi Christi,
We just replied to the support request you sent (request #17424), but in case you didn't get our email, please refer below instead:

If you mean you want to hear only the "C, D, E" voice set in all lessons instead of the "Do, Re, Mi" voices, you can try the following:
1. Go to PLAY COURSES or PLAY & EDIT.
2. Turn Override ON (bottom left corner of the window), then click the cog button beside the Override button.
3. In the Override Settings window, go to the "Notes" tab, then click the "Display & Sound" button.
4. On the left side of the window are sub-tabs for the different types of "Notes" lessons in Little Musician. Go to the "Staff" sub-tab.
5. Find the "Sound Settings" section and do these:
a.) Switch on "First Sound" by clicking the button with a red circle inside (the red circle will change to a green circle to indicate that it's now turned on)
b.) Click the dropdown option beside "First Sound"
c.) In the pop-up window, select "Voice" for "Sound Type"
d.) For "Show," select "Sets"
e.) Next, in the "Choose Sound Set" box, select the voice set you want to use
**If you want to have another sound play for every note in the lesson, switch on "Second Sound" and repeat the steps above to apply any voice or instrument sound that you want to use.
6. Next, go to the "Note Name" sub-tab and repeat Step 5.
7. Repeat Step 5 for the rest of the sub-tabs under "Display & Sound" (i.e., "Solfege," "Keyboard," etc.)
8. Once you're done with all your changes, click on SAVE.
Once you've done the steps above, try playing any lesson to check if your settings changes work for you.
If you want to just hear instrument sounds for all your lessons, you can follow the same steps above, but for Step 5c, make sure you choose "Instrument" for the "Sound Type" option.
(In case you need a guide for Step 5, you may refer to the attached screenshot)
