1. Click on the Little Musician software download button
2. The blank page/tab will open, but just close it
3. Check if the pop-up which asks "do you want to open / save the file..." is among the open browser windows you have
4. Click "save" in that pop-up and the download should proceed as usual

Thanks for the sugestions. Neighter Firefox nor IExplorer worked.
I've bought the package and I was able to see the SAVE option. I went to download the Key and Content and Firefox said it doesnt want to download as the format is not re-cognized. I tryed it in IExplorer and it allowed me to download it.

I've tried looking around to see if it's behind the browser, but it doesn't appear to have opened anywhere. I'm using Google Chrome - could it be a problem with the browser?

Sorry about that -- we're almost done fixing this problem so you should be able to download successfully very soon! Will post an update here once everything is back in order.

We've finally fixed the problem! Kindly note, though, that for Internet Explorer users, after clicking on the software download button, you'll see a page saying "Problems with the download?" with a yellow warning bar at the top of the page. Please click on that yellow bar and choose "Download file..." from the small menu that pops-up, and the download should start right away!

I've attached a screenshot of this yellow bar in IE in case you can't find it. For Chrome, Firefox and Safari, the download will automatically start as soon as the "problems with the download.." page appears.

I am a brillkids member and have purchased all the products so far, except for the Little Musiciam. I also tested the beta and have a discount code

However, when I tried to purchase Little Musician from your website, it kept refering me to the Singapore brillkids website for the purchase.

when I did that, I realised that the price quoted in Singapore was much higher than the $175 quoted on your website. Moreover the beta testing discount code does not work for the singapore brillkids website.

I am not interested in buying from the singapore website at a much higher price. How can I order the download purchase from your website without being directed to the singapore website?
