Sorry I missed your post! I watched your video and am confirming the sound problem you mentioned. Thanks for taking the time to record a video!

In the meantime, can you create a diagnostic report and post it here so our programmers can look further into the cause of this problem?

We have recently uploaded a newer Beta build, can you kindly re-download and install that one to see if the sound problem was fixed?

Just in case, you may want to re-download and import your content files (the LR 2.0 Beta versions of the content) as we have done some updates for those as well.

Not sure if you've tried this already, but if you haven't I recommend that you use the Audio Diagnostic Wizard and see if your audio problem gets fixed. You can find this in your Support screen, under "Support Tools" (launch the LR Support Tools and go to the "Sound Problems?" section).

Hi LR Team,

I have just download the new BETA version (2.0600) and I started with my classes. While I was in my Day 001 Lessons, just to try it, I found that I have problems with the voice. It is cutted at the end of the sentence. Per example: Touch your chin said "Touch your chi" or Where is your chin said "Where is your chi" and so on... I have checked in all the lessons and it happens always with the second slide. Is it normal? What do I have to change to fix it?

Hi LR Team,

I was checking all the configuration of the tool and then I started to check one by one of the .mp3 files and I noticed that the .mp3 files are with problems, if you play them, they do not have all the sentence..Example: bk potb head - nose 1 (pa).mp3 said "We can smell w" and I remember that in my last version it said "We can smell with our nose"

Do I need to download other curriculum files?

Hi Gilma,

Did you upgrade your content files as well? We've updated all the content files for compatibility with LR 2.0 and for the US and UK curricula some new media files were added (mostly PAs). Kindly try downloading your new content files and import them.

If already have the updated content files, can you try the Audio Diagnostic Wizard and see if your audio problem gets fixed? You can find this in your Support screen, under "Support Tools" (launch the LR Support Tools and go to the "Sound Problems?" section).

In the meantime we're already looking into this particular issue and will be updating the content files again (though it may not be too soon).

Hi Kezia,

I tried several times the support tool. It said "Adjustment completed" but then when I tried to "Play sample audio" or "Little Reader (2.0.588)" buttons, it had an error...I sent both errors to LR system.

The good news are that the sound file now play correctly...But If i tried again to go to the buttons (Play sample audio or Little Reader (2.0.588) ) it still has errors...I can live with that as long as I don't need the support tool again ;-)

i got the same problems. i made the report about this thing this morning....and hope that this matter can be solved immediately since it will confusing my daughter when the pronounciation of ALL the words (i.e: frog > 'rog', four > 'our', five > 'ive', wave > 'ave', chin > 'in' and so on). It occur both in LR and LM. I want to return and refund this product if this thing can't be solved immediately as per my report this morning. Brillkids, please take immediate action.TQ
