Hi Ali,
Can you kindly clarify if you are missing pronunciations or picture audio files for your Chinese Curriculum -- do you get an error message like "Media files missing" -- or, there is no sound at all when you play your lessons? If there are no sounds at all, does this happen only in your Chinese lessons, or do you get this problem in your English lessons as well?
In the meantime, please try the following:
- Check Little Reader's volume if it's set to mute or to a very low level (you will find the volume icon beside the PLAY button in your Playback screen)
- Check if your speaker is turned off or on, and if it's set to a low volume
- Check your computer's sound or volume settings
If the volume settings mentioned above are all working fine, but there is still no sound playing in your lessons, please try our suggestions in this topic:
