I access needed for Chinese?

Hi admin,

I am already running the English curriculum on my iPad but could not import the Chinese one. Do I need another iAcess? Please advise. Appreciate it.

When will we have the math version available on iPad?

Hi Audrey,

I checked your BrillKids Account and saw that you only have keys for the English and the Math Curriculum stored in your account.

You don't have the Chinese Curriculum key stored in there yet, which is probably why you can't download your curriculum on your iPad.

Note: You don't have to buy another iAccess. You only ever need ONE. It should let you download all your language courses stored in your BrillKids Account onto your iPad.

Please store your Chinese Curriculum key in your BrillKids Account first by following this guide:

Hi Admin,

I cant find the license key is there a way I can get it from the little reader program which is already installed on my laptop? Or is there a way you have my purchase history and able to dig out the number for me?

Hi Audrey,

When you purchased  any language curriculum ( or anything for that matter) from Brillkids, you immediately receive an official receipt, which contains all the information about your purchase, including your license key.

So if you do a search for that email you will have all the information.

Also if you already have the curriculum installed on your computer, then your license key will be in your BK account management, as it have to be activated and registered in order to be used.

Just thought to give you these ideas for finding the license key in the meantime

I did a search in our database, and found that you may have purchased your Little Reader and Little Math key from our Singaporean distributors.

There is ONE way to retrieve your license key through! And this can be done from your Little Reader.

Please follow these steps:

1. Open Little Reader
2. Click on TOOLS
3. In the Software Information section, you should be able to see your license keys and find your Chinese Curriculum license key there.

Here's a sample of how it may look like:

Hi clairemummy, from your screenshot it looks like you are currently using Little Reader v1.6 - it's an old version which doesn't have  the same feature as the one described in Lappy's post.

Here's another way to find your license key(s):

1. Sign in to your BrillKids account

2. At the top of any page in the BrillKids website or forum, place your cursor over "Account" (you'll see this just beside your forum name)

3. In the menu that appears, click "Purchases"

     

4. In the next page, click on "[2] Curriculum & License Key" under Little Reader (you'll see this in the left-hand menu)

     

5. The next page will show all your Little Reader license keys (for English, Chinese, etc.)

If you still can't find your Chinese key in your account page (after following the steps above), please check your Chinese Curriculum box or CD case - there should be a sticker or card with your license key printed on it inside the box or CD case.

If you need further help, do write to us at support[at]brillkids[dot]com and include these details:

> The email address you use for your BrillKids account (if you've created more than one account, do mention all email addresses)

> BrillKids order number for your Chinese Curriculum purchase (if you bought it online at the BrillKids Shop)

Dear Kezia,

Thanks for your reply. Manage to follow your instruction but can only see the license key for the English and not the Chinese. Is it possible to do a run on this email ** email address removed by forum admin ** as I registered with this email previously. Only recently I requested to change the email and consolidate to my new email when I bought the iaccess for usage on iPad.

I will continue to search for the Chinese curriculum box and CD, have moved house and not sure where it is now.
