According to the "Specifications" page of the link you sent, the Transformer Book runs either Windows 8.1 or Windows 8.1 Pro -- both of those OS versions are compatible with BrillKids software (Little Reader, Little Math and Little Musician). That means, YES, you can install Little Reader on that tablet.
The only version of Windows 8.1 that we don't support is the "RT" one. Windows RT 8.1 only supports apps that are purchased or downloaded through the Windows Store and it's not possible to install desktop programs in it, so that means BrillKids software won't work in the RT version.
