I just purchased LR yesterday and I cannot download content of LR from my online account. The error message say that "Imported file are damaged". I  tried to redownload 4-5 times  but still found the same error.
Futhermore I have created diagnostic report in support tools of LR as attached files.

Hi jongrakc,

Please try the following:

1. Check and make sure your Internet connection is stable

2. Disable or turn off your firewall and antivirus temporarily

3. Try downloading your LR content again.

I hope this initial solution helps! If you are still having problems, please let me know and send us a new diagnostic report.
