Hi lee242436, I believe we replied to the support request you sent us last May (ticket #9860), so I hope everything's working for you now.
Just in case you never got our email, the only cause of the message you quoted is that you are using an old version of the Little Reader software, which is not compatible with the Chinese curriculum file in your BrillKids Account.
To solve the problem, please update to the latest version of Little Reader (v3) then try downloading your Chinese curriculum again.
