All BrillKids content files come in specific file extensions recognized by the software they are meant to work in -- for curriculum content files, Little Reader uses *.lrp, Little Math uses *.lmpk, and Little Musician uses *.lmspk.
Unfortunately there are some browsers which automatically rename our content files to the *.zip extension (especially Internet Explorer 6+). If you import the files with the wrong file extensions, you will be asked for a password, or if it does appear to import in your software you will likely experience errors like missing media files.
To quickly resolve this problem, please rename the files you've downloaded to change the *.zip extension to the correct one (mentioned above). After that, try importing your content file again and everything should work correctly.
