Hi Nuria, I believe we've responded to your support request (ticket no. 8184) - we replied last Jan. 21st. Since you wrote here about the same problem 4 days after we replied (via email), I guess you never got our message.
Anyway, please refer to our suggestion below:

The messages you quoted are indicating that you may have Override turned on, and that your Override settings could include the option to disable pronunciations or picture audio in your lessons.
Kindly try the following steps and see if it helps solve the problem. Just in case, I've included screenshots for some of the steps to help you find the buttons mentioned below:
1. Open Little Reader and go to the Play Courses (Reproducir Cursos ) or Play & Edit (Reproducir & Editar) Screen.
2. At the bottom right corner of the window, you should see a section labeled "Playback Settings Override" (Anulación de Ajustes de Reproducción). Click on the Override ON button (Anular ENCENDIDO) below that heading and the button's label should change to "Override OFF" (Anular APAGADO).
3. Check if the sounds play during the lesson now.
4. If you intend to use the Override function for some playback settings (but not to remove sound), please click on the cog wheel button beside the Override ON button (Anular ENCENDIDO) and make sure that the boxes beside the following options have a check mark in them:
a) In the Basic (Básico) tab, check the box for "Pronunciation ON" (Pronunciación encendido)
b) In the Advanced (Avanzado) tab, check the box for "Picture Audio ON" (Audio de Imagen encendido)
After making your changes, click on the Save (Guardar) button and try playing your lesson again.
