Can you try playing the 'Parts of Body 1' Category and see if you get the same problem when "face" is played?
To do this, kindly open Little Reader, go to the Playback screen and choose to display Categories. Open the 'Chinese Course Semester 1' folder and play the 'Parts of the Body 1' Category - do the "face" pictures display properly? Are you able to at least preview the pictures? You may also check any other category randomly in case you get the same problem.

http://forum.brillkids.com/forum-how-tos-and-faqs/how-to-do-a-screenshot/msg4830/#msg4830If you are getting a "media files missing" or a similar error message, please check your 'My Documents \ BrillKids \ Little Reader \ Media Library' folder if you do have those files in your computer, but they are just not displaying properly in Little Reader (e.g., 'bk-face-1.jpg') - let us know if this is the case.
Meanwhile, you may try re-importing your content from your Content Discs and see if that helps.
