Little Reader: failure to play alphabet after upload of British curriculum

Dear sirs,
I have the following issue. I initially installed the trial version of LR. Later I purchased the British curriculum and updated it. After that it is not possible to play alphabet and family categories due to missing voice files. I checked the list of files - there are files like "bk-gb alphabet..." however the program looks for "bk alphabet...".
Could you please advise how to solve the problem? Of course I can manually reassign all the files but it's quite a job. I hope you can advise some better solution.

Hi Maria,

Since you mentioned that you did the LR free trial, then that means you had the US version of the software before you purchased LR (with UK content). When you bought LR UK, we gave you instructions for installing (from the start) because there is a different software version for UK.

I would suggest that you download and install the UK software, so we can avoid conflicts (with the US version) in the future. In case you need detailed instructions on how to do this, please see this page: http://support.brillkids.com/index.php/article/little-reader-install-and-setup-from-account

Hi Kezia,

I guessed that the problem was due to initially installed US version. Of course I did download the UK version and installed it.
Today I tried once again to uninstall completely Little Reader with all the libraries, playlists etc. ( previously I only deleted the program) and re-install the UK version. Now it's all right!
