By "reinstall my computer" do you mean you reformatted it? Can you kindly let me know if Little Reader already had hanging or crashing problems even before you reformatted your computer, or did the problem start after reformatting? Are you getting any error messages (or if possible, do send us a screenshot of what you see when you get the problem)
