Kindly confirm if you are still having problems with finding your missing downloads, or if you are getting any error messages like "Media files missing." In case you haven't tried yet, please see the suggestion I posted for Akalori last time:

In the meantime, to retrieve your media files, please open Windows Explorer (or open My Computer) and navigate to this folder:
For Windows Vista or Windows 7
C:\ ProgramData \ BrillKids \ System \ Little Reader \ Backup 1.6
For Windows XP
C:\ Documents and Settings \ All Users \ Application Data \ Brillkids \ System \ Little Reader \Backup 1.6
Find the folder named "Media Library" and copy all of its contents (or you may copy the entire Media Library folder) and paste these into the following folder:
For Windows Vista or Windows 7
C:\ ProgramData \ BrillKids \ Little Reader \ Media Library
For Windows XP
C:\ Documents and Settings \ All Users \ Application Data \ BrillKids \ Little Reader \ Media Library
Please make sure that you have selected to show hidden files/folders in your Windows Explorer window, as some of the folders mentioned in the paths above are hidden ones. To do this:
- Open Windows Explorer (or go to My Computer)
- Go to the "Tools" menu
- Choose "Folder Options" and in the window that opens, go to the "View" tab
- Find and select "Show hidden files and folders"
- Click on Apply, then OK

About your downloaded files, I'd like to recommend that you visit your Account Management page and go to "My Files" > "Little Reader" and there you will find a complete list of the LR files you have downloaded before. This way you can easily re-download all of them when necessary.
