LR crashes every time!

Hi,

I have downloaded the 14 day trial and LR crashes every time.  It crashes about half way through the multisensory sessions - but the place within the session the crash happens is variable.

When i was first starting to use LR and LM i was getting a message about ffdshow and whether to use it or not - answering that question also crashed LR and LM before they even started.  Eventually i was able to check "don't ask again"

I don't have any problems with LM.

Help!  I really want to love this product but this is posing a big hurdle!

Can you firstly follow the suggestions here, esp relating to the codecs:

If it doesn't work, then can you please create a Diagnostic Report:
- from Windows START menu
-> All Programs
-> BrillKids (folder)
-> Little Reader (folder)
-> find "Diagnostic" item. 

It will generate a file called "Little_Reader_2010_...zip" in your C:\...\My Documents\BrillKids\Tools folder.  Please attach that to your reply.

We haven't heard from you for a while -- were you able to resolve your LR problem?

If you continue to have problems, kindly do as KL suggested above and send us a diagnostic report (or at least a screenshot of the error). This will help us troubleshoot and provide a more specific solution for you.
