Hi Kreena,
Luckily your problem sounds similar to a few other users' LM problem! We just discovered that this is a server issue, however you may notice that your LM was successfully activated (i.e., you can access the functions and your lessons), but your license panel still shows that it's not activated. We're getting this fixed already so hopefully when you try activating again, it would work fine.
Kindly try activating LM again, and let us know how it goes.
